With plenty of options, at affordable prices, there is something for everyone. The food huts take pride in the food that they provide to customers, making sure to provide a quality food experience that is unlike any other in the city.

Quality, real, genuine, local food. At a reasonable price. At a reasonable portion. So, I enjoy to offer that and people seem to respond well to it also.” said Troy Munn, the owner of Cook Wi A Cook.

“I would observe that a lot of cars go through a drive-through and spend a lot of time waiting in a drive-through. So I thought that it would be nice to offer an alternative to that.” Troy Munn continued.

The Food Market has been a success in Fredericton for a number of years now and vendors are excited to move into warmer days hoping it brings even more customers out to the shops. With more sunny days, comes more hungry customers that the vendors are happy to serve.
