The Traveling business woman

In todays day and age, a majority of peoples lives revolve around work, work, and more work. There is not much time to spare for those who take their job seriously and plan to strive to new heights each and every day. As a traveling business woman looking to succeed is such a competitive world, she will need to dedicate blood sweat and tears into making her dreams a reality.

Her day begins before the sun has the chance to rise, giving herself lots of time to prepare her for the long day ahead. Coffee is the first thing she grabs in the early morning to begin stimulating her brain and preparing her for the new adventures she will take on. After taking some time to her self in the morning, it is time to stick to her scheduled events, which entails heading to the airport to catch her early morning flight.

She checks in an hour before boarding and prays that her flight does not get pushed, because as a traveling business woman, her schedule does not have much room for errors. She has meetings to get too where others rely on her to be on time and to provide the best work possible.

“Stressful is an understatement” says Maggie Jardine

The work is constant so that hour before boarding is used to catch up on unanswered emails, while also putting in the final touches on the multiple un done assignments she has on the go. The work is constant, consistent and never ending.

The work is stressful and exhausting at times but this hard working business woman does not let that get the best of her, she is full of smiles and tries to make the best out of each day.

“It can be hard at times but I love what I do and I enjoy getting to travel to new and fun places” says Maggie Jardine

To her surprise all has gone well so far and she is able to board the flight right on time. Airplanes are calming her for as she takes this time to relax and collect her thoughts before she gets to the big city of Toronto.

The second she steps off that plan is it game time. She meets up with her business partner to prepare for the upcoming meetings they will endure that day. At this point she already feels the exhaustion setting in, as she has already accomplished all of this before noon. Around lunch time she likes to take a step back and pause to appreciate the things she has done and to try and reset to prepare her for the upcoming events going to take place today.

Being a traveling business woman trying to keep up with life and work all at the same time, coffee can be an all time life saver, especially when you are on the go for over 12 hours a day just trying to stay ahead of incoming work. She tries to stay positive when times get tough because she knows that her hardwork will pay off, and it will not just change her life but it will also benefit the lives of those around her.

“I work this hard because I choose too and if I was not happy then I would not do it” says Maggie Jardine
