Sam Stordy

Samantha Stordy

Hello everyone, my name is Samantha Stordy, but everyone calls me Sam.

Currently, I am completing my major in Communications and Public Policy while minoring in Human Rights at St. Thomas University. My goal is to pursue a career in business while integrating my background in human rights and helping within the local community.

Growing up in Moncton, New Brunswick, I have been fortunate to compete in various competitive sports programs. This has allowed me the opportunity to be recruited and play for the St. Thomas University Women’s Basketball Team. When not playing basketball, I genuinely enjoy staying active or volunteering within the community.

As their Advocacy and Sustainability Coordinator, I work part-time with Irving Oil; after I graduate, I’ll go full-time. I’m eager to explore where this position will lead me and to be able to further my education with the support of my employer.
