Along the way, the group takes a break to explore abandoned train tracks. Hikers refuel on a sunny rock with water and peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches. A clear view of the White Mountain Range is visible from the top of Mt. Field. The hikers take in the view before having to begin their decent down. A posed picture turns candid at the summit. The ridge is home to many other well-known hikes. In the winter these transition into ski resorts. The group snap pictures to show friends and family later.
