Let’s walk for the future. This was the message of the students from École Sainte-Anne during this Friday’s climate strike.

Grade 6-12 students from École Sainte-Anne, marched to the Legislature to voice their concerns.

Traffic was blocked by the constant stream of people.

Police were present to escort the students.

Although they won’t have a vote in this coming election, these students are the voters of the future.

Students made posters and signs, voicing their concerns.

Students and many others gathered in front of the Legislature.

Students got very creative with their signs.

The protest turned towards the provincial offices. Government employees made their way to the windows looking down at the crowd below.
