Jared Durelle

Salut, Kwe’ and Hello my name is Jared Durelle, my statement of intent is simply that journalism in public access and openly funded and transparent basis is key in promoting a better community. Through educated storytellers representing multiple arguments and things unnoticed or obscured we are promoting the agency of anyone who wants to look and listen. As co-editor in chief and co-creator of the Emprise project I am hoping to the get the circle started on an egalitarian and accessible journalism initiative that allows for people to partake in stories and be enlightened to the cause of most of their understandings of the world.

STU is opportune for education and experience. I am beyond excited to get to work on making great stories accessible and working with the rest of the class.
