Thru the (Glasses) Lens

Having broken glasses held together by tape can be disorienting to wear

and having my vision be a bit blurry from not wearing glasses is hard on the head too.

My glasses weren’t bought from Vogue Optical but I was hoping there would be someone who was skilled enough and generous enough to fix my glasses, and thankfully there was.

Tanya Crawford has been working at Vogue Optical for 17 years. After a year of schooling in Moncton, she started out working at the front desk but was soon promoted to lab technician. Her years of experience showed; what would have taken me countless hours of frustration took Tanya 5 minutes.

I think the only tool I recognized her using were pliers, and even those I would’t trust myself with!
